Professional Experience – Previous Positions: Senior Associate (1986-1987), Junior Associate (1983-1986), Cayetano Bautista Picazo and Reyes;  University Legal Counsel, University of the Philippines (1983);  Partner, Antonio Rodriguez Bautista Law Offices (1981-1983).

Present Positions: Director of various Philippine corporations and Corporate Secretary of several Philippine corporations.
