Professional Experience – Previous Positions: Junior Associate, Cayetano Bautista Picazo and Reyes (1985-1987);  Lecturer in History, University of the Philippines (1982-1985).

Present Positions: Director of several Philippine corporations and Corporate Secretary of various Philippine corporations, including publicly-listed companies.

Membership in Professional Associations:  U.P. Women Lawyers’ Circle; Federacion Internacional de Abogadas.
